This estimate constitutes an offer by Enoch Electric, LLC d/b/a Team Enoch (the “Company”) to furnish the materials and perform the services described herein at the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions and any other disclaimers contained in this estimate. Upon execution by the Customer, this estimate shall become a binding contract between the Customer and the Company and shall represent the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings.

Upon completion of the work contemplated by this estimate, the Company shall issue an invoice to the Customer for the remaining balance due. If the Customer fails to pay the invoice in full within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, then, without further notice: (a) any promotional pricing or discounts applied in this estimate shall be voided and the Customer shall be responsible for payment of the full charges at the Company’s standard, undiscounted rates; and (b) interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance, compounded annually, at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum. In the event the Company retains legal counsel to collect any unpaid amounts, the Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees incurred by the Company in connection with such collection efforts.
